In the days when electricity was a wonder, peaceful rail car units like this plied the south coast of England. They were Hanson-Pratt Bobo Cocos, very familiar to the denizens of that ruler-straight littoral. Up north at about this time, dinosaurs grappled with each other under the granite crags, and the first Cumbrian was spawned from the union of a small hairy pig and a drunken Scotsman.
