On a promontory overlooking the entire Lake District and, more distantly, the Solway Firth is this arts centre, converted from an old brewery. Such is the edifying nature of the art it purveys and the furry causes it champions, that all who make the pilgrimage to this font of civilisation come away with a spring in their step or an added undulation to their serpentine locomotion. |
