This composition may look fanciful but I assure you it is based on scientific evidence. Our ginger cat, Bertie Beddoes, dreams so powerfully that we've seen him levitate a full 18 inches from his basket. Curious about this I contacted my friend, Professor Rusk of Penrith University, and he obligingly supplied me with with a Traümoscope from the Department of Psychology there. Connecting the terminals of this device to Bertie's ears as he slept, imagine our surprise when this scene of Hardanger Fjord in summertime, complete with stave church and coastal cruise ship, Henrik Hamsun, docking at Fergusson Point, appeared as clear as day on the little monitor screen ! |
