Iain Nutting was trained in sculpture at St Martin's School of Art, London. Aged 37, he makes wonderfully fluid animal and head sculptures from scrap metal. He captures the complete feel of each animal in a fascinating way and has recently had work cast in bronze from the original metal sculpture.

His last exhibition in the gallery featured both a life-size horse and an oryx (African antelope). We also expect a commission for a giraffe in the near future, from one of Britain's leading sculpture parks.
